Responsibilities

Develop estimates and scopes of work
Perform field investigations
Prepare construction design packages
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in layout and design process and mechanical equipment for various types of niche manufacturing facilities
Perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses to support design decisions
Create and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
Assist with complex facility design projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications

Required

Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program for Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or another closely related major
Desire to design building mechanical systems
Familiarity with Revit, 3D CADD

Preferred

Experience with Revit, 3D CADD
Previous design internship experience with a consulting or engineering firm
Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
