They are seeking a Mail Prep Operator for the Night Shift who will inspect and process mail according to USPS specifications, operate production machinery, and maintain logs of mail counts.

Responsibilities
Inspect inserted mail to ensure that the mail meets the required expectations according to the USPS specifications
Operate machinery on the production floor for mail processing
Load processed mail onto USPS pallets or carts and then onto a USPS truck ensuring that the pallets are positioned correctly
Understand the inventory process for mail prep supplies and place orders if necessary
Maintain daily logs for recording and balancing mail counts
Qualification
Required
Dependable and open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 PM - 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays
Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift
Able to bend, stoop, and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis
Can perform basic mathematical calculations
Proficient in English in a business environment
Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening
