HR Operations Analyst
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to support core HR processes and deliver an excellent employee experience. This role involves managing employee inquiries, supporting lifecycle activities, and improving HR processes and technology.
Responsibilities
Manage employee inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and care using HR case‑management tools
Support all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, background checks, Workday transactions, and I‑9 verification
Contribute to a positive employee experience across all touchpoints
Apply HR policies and compliance standards accurately
Assist in creating clear and engaging HR communications and job aids
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve HR service delivery
Work with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR tools
Support system updates, audits, testing, and data accuracy
Recommend technology‑driven enhancements to improve operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, customer service, or employee lifecycle work (internships accepted)
Interest in learning HR systems and technology (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Canva, Articulate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and empathy
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and ask questions
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow a career in HR
