The role involves operating various manual machines and equipment, as well as ensuring proper movement and inspection of products.

Responsibilities
Operation and basic understanding of manual machines; mills, grit blasting, rollers, etc
Capable to operate basic equipment such as furnaces, Air-flow stands, spot welder, etc
Product and equipment movement using Fork Truck, crane operations, hand trucks
Operation of air tools, such as grinders, air hammers
Understand the consequence of metal removal for future reuse of parts
Properly use basic inspection tools; Micrometers, Pie Tape, Depth Gages, etc
Qualification
Required
Operation and basic understanding of manual machines; mills, grit blasting, rollers, etc
Capable to operate basic equipment such as furnaces, Air-flow stands, spot welder, etc
Product and equipment movement using Fork Truck, crane operations, hand trucks
Operation of air tools, such as grinders, air hammers
Understand the consequence of metal removal for future reuse of parts
Properly use basic inspection tools; Micrometers, Pie Tape, Depth Gages, etc
Pass an assessment to demonstrate hand skills and mechanical aptitude
Capability to operate manual machines; mills, grit blasting, etc
Obtain crane and Fork Truck license
Capable to operate of air tools, such as grinders, air hammers, polymer dispenser, etc
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Able to change our remnant blast/coating media 50 gallon barrels
Willing and capable of working outside
Capable of being fitted with respirator (if required)
