Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from kickoff through completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined scope and quality standards
Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining delivery rigor and focus
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive mitigation plans
Partner with technical and business teams to align priorities, timelines, and responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing
Drive execution through direct leadership, coordination, and escalation when necessary
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Build strong working relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability
Support customers in identifying opportunities for business process improvement using Togetherwork solutions
Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Track project progress and provide accurate, timely reporting on milestones, risks, and exceptions
Manage change requests and support structured change management processes
Ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively to minimize delivery impact
Execute projects using established tools, systems, and standard operating procedures
Contribute to consistent, repeatable delivery practices across the organization
Maintain a strong focus on delivery quality, customer value, and continuous improvement

Required

3–5 years of experience managing projects involving both technical and business deliverables
Proven success delivering complex initiatives with accountability for timelines and budgets
Experience working in software, technology-enabled, or SaaS-driven environments
Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating shared resources
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases
Solid grasp of information technology concepts and delivery processes
Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Windows, Office, and Project
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred

Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or similar) preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus
