They are seeking a Category Growth Manager to drive the growth of their product portfolio, particularly on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, by optimizing performance and executing high-impact strategies.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of the category, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory
Continuously optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategy to drive growth and maximize market share
Identify new product opportunities and manage the lifecycle of existing products to ensure continued relevance and profitability
Work with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams to ensure seamless execution and support product growth
Analyze performance data and implement improvements to optimize category performance and drive scalable results
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling product categories and driving profitability
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience making decisions based on performance data
A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
A passion for driving innovation and applying new strategies to optimize performance
