Responsibilities
Develop and maintain calendars, visual communication tools, & templates to promote standardization & ensure clear communication of Business Planning Milestones
Engage management, technical and product development leadership to collect Business Theme Requirements & Organize within the NA Regional Business Framework
Aggregate quarterly Business results & share with top management to guide decision making and inform Strategic Planning efforts
Support enterprise system for managing ADC Business Portfolio
Support other Business Planning Group members with analysis of data, summary of information, and content sharing with Executive Stakeholders
Coordinate schedules, timing and logistics with various parties [ADC Executive Administrators, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, etc.] for both recurring monthly meetings and one-off meetings
Collaborate with ADC Business Planning, HR, & External Business partners to facilitate L&D programming for Executives, Business Theme Leaders and regional planner network
Miscellaneous Activities based on Day-to-Day Job Need
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in engineering, business, communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in administrative support and project coordination
MS Office Skills is a Must
Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
Familiarity with Project Management Tools, Collaboration & AI Platforms
Preferred
Business Operations Certification
PMI-CAPM Certification
