Responsibilities
Monitor and gather feedback from new hires and team leads to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Serve as a partner and guide within the internship program
Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently
Gain hands-on experience in employee training and development
Collaborate with HR professionals and department managers to refine and improve team processes
Develop valuable skills in project management, communication and process improvement
Perform other similar and related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch
Ability to stand, walk and sit
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Visual ability correctable to 20/20
Sitting up to 90% of the day
Ability to respond verbally in an understandable, professional manner in person and over the telephone
Manual dexterity to input data into the computer and the calculator and operate the equipment listed above
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
