Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead BA for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale platform modernization and enterprise product initiatives while engaging with stakeholders and managing critical business systems.

Responsibilities

Lead large‑scale platform modernization and enterprise product initiatives from concept through delivery
Drive Agile product management activities, including roadmapping, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and outcome tracking
Ensure production readiness by managing non‑functional requirements (NFRs), DR/BCP planning, and system resilience for critical business platforms
Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, architecture, and product teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions
Engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders to gather business needs, present updates, and influence strategic decisions
Analyze data, translate business objectives into technical specifications, and support ongoing improvements across cloud and database‑driven systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
8–12+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, including leadership on enterprise-scale modernization initiatives

Demonstrated experience owning NFRs and ensuring production readiness, including DR/BCP planning for critical business systems
