In this role, you will lead the coordination, writing, and production of business development materials, partnering with leadership and project teams to craft compelling responses to RFPs and RFQs.

Responsibilities
Drive responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Plan and manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
Write and tailor key sections such as company overviews, qualifications, and project experience
Translate technical input from subject matter experts into clear, client-focused messaging
Edit and refine content for clarity, tone, and brand consistency
Coordinate internal contributors and external partners
Compile final packages and ensure compliant, on-time submissions
Maintain accurate proposal data including resumes, project descriptions, and scopes
Support preparation for interviews and presentations
Track opportunities and status updates in Monday CRM
Assist with conferences, events, and broader business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking ability in deadline-heavy environments
Collaborative mindset with confidence working across departments and personalities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
3+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
