They are seeking a Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst responsible for preparing provider compensation calculations and reports, administering compensation databases, and ensuring compliance with physician employment agreements.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of provider compensation calculations & reports, including employment agreement offers
Assists in administration of provider compensation databases
Monitors & tracks internal activity related to physician employment agreements
Maintains a working knowledge of current provider activities & compensation practices

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented
Skilled in developing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets and complex data
Ability to interpret and communicate legal documents such employment agreements
Skill in planning, organizing and supervising multiple assignments concurrently
Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and organize activities
Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially using Excel to conduct analysis and prepare data/reports
Ability to organize work independently and consistently achieve deadlines

Preferred

Experience with physician compensation contracts preferred
