Responsibilities
Perform computer related Installations and Technical Support
Complete projects, remotely, over the phone, or in our office
Install, and maintain all hardware such as routers, switches, wireless, servers, workstations, laptops, printers, phones, network devices
Analyze and resolve network hardware, software, and performance problems in a timely and accurate fashion
Work with Active Directory, file shares, mapped drives, print, Office 365 and backups, and their associated operating systems and software
Create/maintain documentation for configurations, processes, of customers IT systems
Respond to and investigate customer/end user inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, ticketing, and email in a timely and courteous manner
Assist customers/end-users with questions on product installation, usage, and implementation
Work with customers to find the best support, software, and hardware solutions
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Associates degree in technology preferred or CompTIA A+/ Network+
