Responsibilities
Collaborate with Global teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
Raising and suggesting enhancements to global team, working together on requirement refinement, testing and rollout
Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and new functionality rollouts
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HR systems
Be the interface between the global system owners, HR business partners, payroll, and finance to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
Serve as a liaison between HR and technical teams to ensure alignment on system enhancements and issue resolution
Collaborate with regional HR and systems peers to maintain global consistency while supporting local needs
Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or enhance workflows
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and user experience
Document processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures
Share recommendations based on best practices and emerging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities
Provide day‑to‑day support to HR system users across North America
Develop and deliver training materials, job aids, and user guides
Conduct workshops or training sessions to improve system adoption and proficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (3–5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows
Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, and configuration
Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with global teams
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or related HR technologies
Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Experience in a global or matrixed organization
Familiarity with HR reporting tools or integrations
