PURCHASING & AP COORDINATOR

They are seeking a Purchasing & Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to manage purchasing processes, oversee purchase orders, and coordinate procurement activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities
Managing purchasing processes
Preparing and overseeing purchase orders
Coordinating procurement activities
Utilizing analytical skills to evaluate and manage vendor relationships
Ensure accurate and efficient handling of accounts payable processes while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Experience with Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing knowledge
Skills in Procurement and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors
Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize purchasing and accounts payable workflows
Experience with accounts payable management and financial compliance
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as accounting and purchasing systems
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role or a background in procurement or accounting is advantageous
