Responsibilities
Perform minor shop repairs and equipment maintenance to reduce downtime and preserve COGS
Handle seasonal property tasks including lawn maintenance and snow plowing
Repair damaged product and contribute to warehouse upkeep
Proactively identify and complete maintenance tasks without direct supervision
Assist in the inspection of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery for safety and performance
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Serve as a reliable backup for shipping and receiving needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
High mechanical aptitude
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) or willingness to obtain certification
Basic math and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Preferred
Experience in warehouse operations, equipment repair, or general maintenance preferred
