This role provides cross-functional leadership to align Global Programs, Logistics, Field Ministry, and regional staff around shared timelines and delivery standards, ensuring effective execution of global programs in over 100 countries.

Responsibilities
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
Serve as the primary project management lead for Global Programs, establishing and maintaining cross-functional project plans, milestones, risk tracking, and reporting for global programs
Build and manage a consistent project cadence across Global Programs, Logistics, Field Support, and Field Ministry teams
Develop standardized playbooks, checklists, and process guides for regional teams
Partner with International Logistics to clarify handoffs and expectations
Support long-range planning with capacity projections and timelines
Identify operational risks and drive mitigation strategies
Design and implement project management training tools
Prepare dashboards and executive summaries
Serve as project manager for special initiatives
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university; and six (6) years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Comprehensive understanding and problem-solving skills in international logistics once products enter in country
Ability to translate logistics into field-ready guidance
Strong operational experience with complex risks
Thorough knowledge of complex government import approval processes
Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office suite
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire
Fluency in English (required); secondary language preferred
50 days/annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, but not required
