They are seeking a temporary Creative Project Manager to efficiently review, activate, and manage a high volume of creative jobs within their project management platform, ensuring smooth workflow and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Review, activate, and manage incoming creative jobs within the project management platform (Workfront), ensuring each request is clearly defined, properly prioritized, and ready for execution
Own assigned projects from activation through completion, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
Partner with internal clients across the institution to clarify scope, objectives, and requirements at intake and throughout the lifecycle of each job
Coordinate closely with the in‑house design team to assign work, manage workload, and support efficient execution of multiple simultaneous projects
Track project progress within the platform, proactively addressing issues, changes, or delays to keep work moving forward
Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates to support visibility, accountability, and effective communication

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of product or resource management experience, ideally in a creative agency setting
Expert-level proficiency with Workfront software
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
General knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Experience in resource management & planning
Comfortable with data, analytics, and reporting
Deep understanding of creative workflow and creative skillsets
Knowledge of integrated work including design, digital/web, social, media, video, broadcast, print production
Outstanding organizational, detail and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize according to changing deadlines
Intuitive problem solver with the ability to solve challenges
Self-directed with the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills
