Work Control Coordinator, Service Request Operations

They are seeking an experienced Work Control Coordinator to manage and expedite work orders related to facilities maintenance, ensuring effective communication and coordination of resources.

Responsibilities
Daily and constant review of work orders for proper distribution, accurate coding, and prioritization
Receives workload via email and phone calls
Assists Facilities Management supervisors in scheduling work orders
Updates work order statuses and closes work orders
Coordinates and plans material on work orders and orders materials for Facilities Management personnel as needed
Runs standard and ad hoc queries and creates work order reports
Coordinates, monitors, and expedites work order backlog
Assists and/or coordinates special projects as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Six (6) months of experience working with an automated or computerized maintenance management system
May consider education in lieu of experience
Preferred
1 year of experience
