Responsibilities

Lead and manage project plans for People Operations initiatives
Support onboarding, offboarding, and team member change processes
Process employment changes, ensuring approvals are captured and records remain accurate for payroll and reporting
Field day-to-day employee questions about policies, benefits, and time-off programs, escalating complex issues as needed
Provide dedicated support to Canada-based employees, ensuring compliance with Canadian employment policies
Maintain records related to human resources activities and policy changes
Provide support for People Operations systems and integrations
Implement and maintain HRIS information for planning and reporting
Maintain internal database files and develop custom reports for Senior Management
Coordinate retrieval and reporting functions with payroll
Serve as HR liaison to the IT function
Analyze, format, and report on HR trends and data insights to key stakeholders
Maintain digital personnel files and assist with compliance reporting
Contribute to process documentation and continuous-improvement initiatives

Qualification

ADP Workforce NowHRIS experienceCanadian HR experienceExcel proficiencyIndependent work ability

Required

5+ years of experience in HR (Shared Services, Operations, and/or HRIS)
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
Strong Excel skills
Canadian HR experience, with a focus on Ontario

Preferred

Experience working directly with Head of People Ops and Total Rewards
Ability to work independently
