Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage timely and accurate order processing for the Region Commercial Team, directly communicating with account buyers
Conduct daily audits of open orders, researching and rescheduling orders that remain open from the previous day
Review orders for completeness and accuracy, acquiring necessary information and approvals before releasing orders for shipment
Schedule dock appointments for CPU customers and manage appointments within the scheduling application
Oversee delivered orders through the in-house Transportation Department
Coordinate with various managers to ensure additional product requirements are communicated and understood
Determine substitutions or date changes for order fulfillment based on projected shortages
Build strong customer relationships and support sales personnel in identifying inconsistent customer order practices with service level agreements
Review aged inventory and discontinued items at company-owned bottling operations and co-packer locations
Maintain requirements in customer vendor sub-systems
Review SAP T-Code for pricing discrepancies and follow written SOPs
Partner with management on IDOC reports to correct EDI errors and update customer files
Assist A/R with invoice management to resolve payment discrepancies and claims
Manage returns, damage claims, and complaints, communicating resolutions to business partners
Ensure accuracy and completeness of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators
Participate in team initiatives for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in supply chain management, customer service, and order management
Experience with SAP, purchase orders, inventory, data entry, and purchasing
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
At least one year of supply chain-related experience
Ability to work independently and adapt to change
Preferred
Experience in business-to-business environments and manufacturing
Familiarity with spreadsheets and order management
Strong problem resolution skills
Capability to work well under pressure
