Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement and Correction Action
Update and item creation on internal quality systems i.e. Quality Issues, Corrective and Preventative Actions, Supplier Cost Recover, Supplier Ratings, Dock-to-Stock Database and First Article Inspection Reports
Lead or participate in corrective action activities in both production and office setting
Create and revise video work instructions for various functions and departments
Assist with internal audits of the Quality System
Update and distribution of quality system documentation
Support and participate in Lean, HPT and Kaizen activities
Perform other duties as responsibilities necessitate
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Engineering Bachelor's Degree program
Must be a Junior or Senior status with GPA of 3.0 or higher
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts
Ability to work effectively and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Detail and precision oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and data analytics/Power BI
