Senior HR Manager

Marvin is a family-owned and -led window and door company committed to creating better ways of living. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the HR team, implement people strategy initiatives, and ensure alignment with business strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop the HR team, setting high standards for customer service, responsiveness, proactivity, and effective communication
Assess the effectiveness of employee programs using metrics, data, and feedback. Provide guidance to leadership on potential changes as needed
Oversee all local HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, leave management, and total rewards administration
Ensure HR policies, programs, and reporting follow legal requirements. Attend trainings around HR law as needed (BOLI employment law, NHRMA, etc.)
Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience
Ability to develop, translate, and implement critical initiatives into operational and tactical plans
Proven ability to communicate information to varying levels of the organization

Preferred

Professional certification is strongly preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
