PWA Analyst

Responsibilities
Soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM
Honing the technical aspects of a given specialty area
Developing superior client facing skills needed to become a next level Advisor
Creating prospecting strategies and research, pipeline management, and identifying new business opportunities
Providing Advisors with in-depth analysis of client financial statements using appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials to recommend strategies to prospects and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Up to three years of related experience
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
Satisfactory criminal and credit record
Preferred
Good knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong client facing skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Well-developed analytical skills
Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
