Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis: Assist in researching potential land acquisition opportunities, including zoning, market trends, and feasibility studies
Site Evaluations: Participate in property visits and assessments to gather data on land suitability for development
Collaboration with Leaders: Work closely with development and acquisitions teams to align on project goals and investment strategies
Financial & Risk Assessment Support: Contribute to preliminary financial modeling and risk analysis for potential acquisitions
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear summaries of findings and recommendations for leadership review
Final Presentation: Deliver a comprehensive presentation to senior stakeholders outlining research, analysis, and strategic recommendations
Local Travel: During the first two weeks, travel locally within Nashville (up to 25%) for site visits and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or related field
Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
