Responsibilities
Prepare, package, and ship products with speed and accuracy
Verify parts, quantities, and documentation before shipment
Package items to ensure safe delivery - no surprises on arrival
Create packing lists and generate UPS/FedEx shipping labels
Update inventory in the MRP/ERP system
Support team operations and jump in where needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Sharp attention to detail and pride in accurate work
Team-focused attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively
Preferred
Experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling preferred
Comfort using computers and navigating systems (Outlook/Excel a plus)
Forklift experience helpful - we'll train the right person
