Otis Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated candidates interested in pursuing a career in construction/field operations. The Field Operations Intern will gain hands-on experience in field supervision and operations through meaningful projects that support the servicing, installation, and modernization of elevators and escalators.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in Field Operations
Broaden field supervision, operations, communication, and business acumen skills
Complete progressively challenging projects that support growth in various lines of business
Collaborate to best serve customers and empower each other through support, autonomy, and trust
Participate in continuous training and receive performance feedback

Qualification

Required

Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferably in construction management, and related fields)
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Preferred

Prior field operations or construction internship experience is a plus
