Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a .net Tech Lead for a contract role. You will lead the design and implementation of high-performance .NET solutions that support large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud‑native .NET microservices and RESTful APIs at enterprise scale
Architect scalable, resilient, and secure backend solutions leveraging Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MariaDB
Ensure production readiness by owning non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, observability, scalability)
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical standards, and best‑practice implementation across the team
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to influence design decisions and align technical solutions with business goals
Troubleshoot complex system issues, optimize application performance, and oversee secure practices including OAuth2/OIDC and secrets management

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands‑on industry experience)
10+ years of software engineering experience delivering cloud‑native and enterprise‑scale .NET platforms
Deep hands‑on expertise in .NET microservices, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, MariaDB, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, with strong ownership of performance, availability, and scalability
Strong grounding in security frameworks (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC), secrets management, and production readiness, along with the ability to influence architectural decisions across teams
