Manager Compliance Programs and Projects

The Manager of Compliance Programs and Projects will support the implementation of the U.S. Compliance Program, focusing on program management, communications, training initiatives, and data analytics.

Responsibilities
Empowering and enabling management, employees and close third parties to meet applicable external (legal, regulatory, industry) and internal (policy) requirements by providing them with the tools, knowledge and advice to do their jobs in an ethical and compliant way
Assessing risk, monitor ongoing compliance, test compliance controls, and investigate allegations of potential non-compliance
Driving a culture of compliance that encourages raising concerns about potential or actual compliance violations and pro-active addressing of issues
Supporting the U.S. policies project, which includes, among other responsibilities
Maintaining the project plan for the project
Maintaining the project plan for the deployment, implementation, and operationalization of U.S. policies
Serving as the owner of the repository for policy documents
Supporting the development and rollout of significant compliance program elements, such as U.S. compliance risk assessments and program assessments (including consolidating results)
Providing the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer, Local Compliance Officers and the Head of U.S. Policy Governance with ad hoc and ongoing project support
Project manage the development and roll-out of U.S. Compliance communications initiatives and amplify PMI Global Compliance communications and training initiatives
Support the development of U.S. Compliance program reports, including through data collection and data analytics, and administrative and budget reporting
Providing growth opportunities for the Manager to develop expertise in compliance by working on substantive compliance matters, e.g., anti-corruption and competition law, in close collaboration with the U.S. Compliance team and other subject matter experts
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of work experience
University degree
Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Compliance-experience preferred
Experienced focused on project management, operational processes, systems and data analytics preferred
