HVAC Solutions Engineer
CoreWise Workforce Strategy Partners is a mission-critical HVAC engineering and manufacturing company specializing in industrial HVAC solutions. The HVAC Solutions Engineer plays a key role in developing accurate solutions and proposals while ensuring efficient project execution by collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and prepare accurate sales quotations for engineered HVAC equipment, components, parts, and service
Support customer engagements through inbound and outbound sales calls, including follow-ups and outreach to new prospects
Review customer requirements, specifications, and purchase orders to ensure technical accuracy, correct configurations, and compliance
Maintain and update pricing for systems, parts, components, and assemblies
Respond to customer inquiries regarding system design considerations, order status, lead times, and delivery timelines
Enter, track, and manage orders through internal systems to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery
Coordinate warranty cases and technical follow-ups with engineering, production, and service teams
Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure clear communication and alignment
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, timely, and solution-focused communication
Maintain organized records of quotes, correspondence, and project documentation within internal systems (Sage, Salesforce, Smartsheets, and other platforms)
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical sales, inside sales, customer service, or an engineering support role
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical or electrical principles, or the ability to quickly learn complex technical products
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
High attention to detail and the ability to review technical specifications and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, or similar systems preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Dependable, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
