Responsibilities
Develop detailed test plans and create automated test scripts (Python preferred)
Set up and maintain hardware and software test environments, including CI/CD-based automation
Execute systematic test plans, provide rapid troubleshooting, and debug support
Perform hands-on manual testing to validate real-world use cases and edge conditions
Analyze test results, log defects, and work closely with engineers to drive resolution
Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong experience testing integrated software and hardware systems
Hands-on expertise with test automation, scripting, and lab-based validation
Ability to debug across firmware, software, drivers, and system-level interactions
Experience working from early or ambiguous requirements
Comfortable working in fast-moving, cross-functional engineering teams
Clear communicator able to explain issues, risks, and test results effectively
Preferred
