Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Own and improve backend systems supporting high-volume B2C websites
Partner closely with product and data teams to optimize site performance and scalability
Lead and support SEO-related technical architecture (indexing, crawlability, performance, structured data, etc.)
Troubleshoot and solve complex system and performance issues in a methodical way
Help evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into our platform
Contribute ideas and improvements in a small, highly collaborative engineering team

Required

Experienced working on large B2C websites with meaningful traffic volume
Deep backend expertise and strong system-level thinking
Strong understanding of technical SEO and organic traffic strategy

Comfortable working in a small team where collaboration and accountability matter
Cordial, team-oriented, and communicative
