As a Software Development Lifecycle Intern, you will improve the developer experience and reliability of Modular's software development processes, working on developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and automation systems.

Responsibilities
Help improve the developer experience and reliability of how Modular builds, tests, ships, and maintains software
Work on developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, and the systems that keep engineering teams productive
Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering partners and feature teams to identify friction points, improve build and test performance, and strengthen the quality signals that protect our releases
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with graduation expected by Spring 2027 at the latest
Experience with C++ or Python
You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and professionally
You are detail-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
You have a strong demonstrated interest in working with people, and an eagerness to learn about the AI/ML industry
You can demonstrate creativity and curiosity for solving complex problems, a team-oriented attitude that enables you to work well with others, and alignment with our culture
