This 10-week paid internship provides college students the opportunity to work alongside employees and participate in various business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Attend community events and participate in cross‑functional meetings to gather requirements and understand business challenges
Support the manager in executing improvement initiatives by organizing timelines, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes
Map and audit business development workflows to identify inefficiencies, ensure compliance, and recommend enhancements
Collaborate with team members to implement and track the impact of small‑scale process improvements, including automation or simplification of repetitive tasks
Prepare presentations, briefs, dashboards, and visual reports to summarize findings and support leadership decision‑making
Create templates, checklists, and playbooks to improve team consistency and effectiveness
Conduct research on potential partners, markets, and competitive trends
Maintain accurate outreach lists and CRM records, and support the preparation of client‑facing materials and presentations
Complete a capstone or end‑of‑internship project that showcases a process improvement recommendation and its potential impact
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently obtained a bachelor's degree in business or any related field
Open to current students or 2025/2026 graduates ONLY
Ability to work part-time or full time hybrid in Tampa, FL (20-40 hours)
Knowledge of scripting, computer programming, query languages, etc
Good verbal and written communication skills
Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
