Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized appointment calendar
Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and other confidential documentation
Facilitate patient check-in and check-out process efficiently
Provide accurate information to patients regarding services, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with medical/dental staff to coordinate patient care and address inquiries

Required

Must have experience with Dental and Front desk
Experience in a dental setting
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Professional communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Ability to work onsite 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
Comfortable providing translation services in Spanish for patients and staff
Associates Degree or Business Institute Certificate
At least two years of prior administrative/call center/customer service experience
Experience with administration of electronic medical records (EMR) - EPIC
Exposure/experience with medical terminology and provider billing practices
Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations
