Marketing Manager

They are seeking a growth leader to create and scale new revenue-producing partner channels across healthcare practitioners and clinical networks, ensuring credibility and long-term trust in their partnerships.
Responsibilities
Create and scale new, revenue-producing partner channels across healthcare practitioners, clinical networks, and care platforms
Design, launch, and optimize affiliate and referral-based ecosystem models that convert credibility into repeatable revenue
Work with physician groups and specialty networks (cardiometabolic, primary care, endocrinology)
Engage with Registered Dietitian and Clinical Nutritionist communities
Identify and engage high-impact clinical and practitioner networks
Build trusted relationships with connectors, champions, and leaders
Design and scale affiliate, referral, and revenue-sharing models for healthcare partners
Own partner-driven KPIs including activation, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution
Identify high-leverage practitioner segments and prioritize partners with near-term revenue potential
Build enablement assets (education, tools, onboarding flows) that drive partner activation and sales velocity
Partner with Sales to convert relationships into revenue, without compromising clinical credibility
Test, measure, and optimize partner programs—doubling down on what scales
Forecast and report on partner-driven revenue performance, sharing insights with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
Translate clinical science into commercially compelling partner offers
Help shape how L-Nutra shows up across the cardiometabolic and longevity ecosystem
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in healthcare partnerships, ecosystem growth, or B2B marketing
Experience designing or managing affiliate, referral, or partner-led revenue programs (healthcare or adjacent regulated industries preferred)
Experience working with healthcare practitioners, networks, or platforms
Strong relationship-building and commercial instincts
Comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Ability to balance credibility, creativity, and execution
Passion for metabolic health, longevity, and healthcare innovation
