Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
Assist clients by providing accurate information regarding products and services, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly
Conduct data entry tasks accurately within our customer management system
Manage client accounts, process transactions, including cash handling when necessary
Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services during customer interactions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and analysis purposes
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and service delivery
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, update documentation, and communicate effectively with team members
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills in both English and another language

Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
Good analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Spanish language proficiency
