Engineering Coordinator
Tate is an industry leader in the development and manufacture of data center infrastructure solutions and commercial office raised access floors. The Engineering Coordinator supports engineering teams by coordinating projects, schedules, documentation, and communication across departments, ensuring smooth and timely engineering activities in alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities
Coordinate engineering projects, timelines, and deliverables
Track project progress and report status to management
Prepare, maintain, and organize engineering documentation (drawings, specs, reports)
Schedule meetings, design reviews, and site visits
Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, procurement, and external partners
Assist with change management, RFIs, submittals, and approvals
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and purchase order coordination
Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality procedures, and safety requirements
Identify risks, delays, or resource gaps and escalate as needed
Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy
Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands
Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System
Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service
This role will require working long hours and weekends to meet production schedules and company activities (i.e.: recording inventory)
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in an engineering, technical, or project coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and technical documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with engineering or project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet)
Background in construction, manufacturing, utilities, or infrastructure projects
