Responsibilities
Manage daily operations supporting federal remittance and lockbox contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Lead, coach, and develop a team of remittance specialists
Serve as primary point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders
Oversee implementation and optimization of remittance processing technologies
Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance, and implement process improvements
Ensure adherence to contractual service-level agreements (SLAs) and organizational directives
Maintain strong client relationships and respond to operational inquiries or issues
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Ability to serve as a professional, discreet liaison for sensitive client and operational matters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with document imaging and file management systems
