Responsibilities
Define what the technology-enabled future looks like for Medtronic – outline a global, comprehensive technology transformation vision aligned with enterprise goals
Identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience through digital innovation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and process optimization
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams through execution
Lead end-to-end program delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives
Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake) to extract insights and inform decisions
Develop compelling executive-level presentations and storytelling that communicate strategic insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience
Proven experience leading large-scale, global technology transformation initiatives
Experience leveraging AI to drive problem-solving, decision-making, and genuine efficiency gains
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on expertise working with large, complex data sets and proficiency in analytics and automation platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Power Automate, Snowflake, or similar)
Preferred
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to present analytics and strategy to executive audiences
Mindset of continuous process improvement, innovation, and willingness to challenge the status quo
Self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
