Responsibilities
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location
Control access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing arrivals to designated check-in areas
Monitor entry and exit points using access control systems and cameras, reporting irregular activity and/or policy violations per post orders to help to deter unauthorized access
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and documenting actions taken
Support shipping and receiving flow by screening vehicles and deliveries as required, checking documentation, and escalating discrepancies per site procedures
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
