Responsibilities
Responsible for screening / logging Mets and Jets games, press conferences, interviews, and taped programs to prepare for editing
Assist in daily organization of the library
Fulfill archiving requests
Qualification
Required
Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution throughout the internship
Current class standing of rising junior or above
Applicants should demonstrate relevant competencies and capabilities aligned with the role
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by SNY
Responsible for screening / logging Mets and Jets games, press conferences, interviews, and taped programs to prepare for editing
Assist in daily organization of the library
Fulfill archiving requests
Strong interest in the NY sports, editing, and television production
Great organizational skills and has excellent track record for following through on projects
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree majoring Media or Television Production
A self-motivated individual with a passion for broadcasting, who is capable of multitasking and functioning in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and creative skills
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Final semester preferred
Basic knowledge in editing and AVID Interplay is a plus
Knowledge of using Signiant, Vantage, Media shuttle and Dropbox is a plus
