Responsibilities
Perform patient phlebotomy for inpatient ward rounds, outpatient clinics, Emergency Department (ED), STAT requests, ASAP, and timed draws
Execute sample processing and preparation for send-out testing
Positively identify patients prior to sample collection and identify samples before testing or aliquoting
Identify, document, and resolve issues related to collection or processing
Safeguard both electronic and paper-based patient information
Deliver patient-centered care professionally to maintain high satisfaction among all stakeholders and customers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of recent phlebotomy experience
