Responsibilities
Assist with operational tasks, data tracking, and reporting to support business processes
Help analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
Support coordination between departments to ensure operational alignment
Assist with documentation of procedures, metrics, and best practices
Participate in meetings and projects related to operational efficiency and performance
Provide general administrative and project support as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and processes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or project coordination
Familiarity with operational or enterprise systems
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to operations
