Responsibilities
Work with clients to identify project goals and technical requirements
Guide customers when deploying AvaCloud related products and identify opportunities to optimize based on client implementation
Design, write, and test workflows based on customer requirements
Report on project status, issues, and risks to internal stakeholders
Identify product opportunities that can be incorporated into the product development process
Rapid prototyping early stage solutions based on client requirements and provide optimal implementations to product engineering teams
Understand new solutions across the organization that can be beneficial to end users
Become experts of new solutions and releases from across the organization
Work with leadership to measure success based on established OKRs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
5+ years of technical experience in the area of blockchain technology and deep technical understanding of the Avalanche Platform and L1s
3+ years of SaaS/PaaS or Technical consulting experience
3+ years of experience working directly with clients in a B2B context
Experience with Web3 EVM based implementations
Ability to clearly and precisely communicate detailed information with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to navigate highly dynamic and complex deployment environments with ease
Deep understanding of modern back end technologies and tools (Kubernetes, Datadog, PagerDuty, Terraform)
Preferred
Experience with Go, Rust and/or Javascript preferred
Experience with collaboration tools like Github, Jira, Confluence
Passion for blockchain technology/web3 and eagerness to consume the latest news and developments
