Integrated Marketing Manager
Microsoft Advertising is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and orchestration of integrated marketing initiatives. This role involves translating strategic priorities into executable marketing plans and partnering with various teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing plans that align across audiences, campaigns, and regions
Develop and manage editorial calendars, timelines, and intake processes to ensure efficient execution
Partner with analytics teams to define success metrics, review performance, and apply insights for continuous improvement
Drive operational excellence through playbooks, workflow improvements, and automation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including audience owners, campaign managers, creative, and regional stakeholders—to ensure alignment and clarity
Build a communications cadence that provides visibility into plans, progress, and outcomes for leadership and partner teams
Ensure compliance with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and local market considerations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing or related experience in B2B marketing, advertising, or technology marketing
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
Solid program management skills with attention to detail and operational rigor
Experience using data and insights to inform marketing strategies and measure performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
