Responsibilities
Supports project lead in coordinating ancillary project work, follow-up, research, and basic document creation
Manages administrative tasks on a project, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
Documents, updates, and tracks project progress using existing templates such as project charters, timelines, risk and issue logs, stakeholder registers, and communication plans
Communicates with the project team and distributes information according to the communication plan or as assigned by the project lead
Leads components of a project or smaller projects with low levels of complexity, risk, ambiguity, and visibility
Qualification
Required
High School Grad or Equiv
Project management support
Preferred
Associate
3+ experience in healthcare, pmo, information technology
Project Management Institute (PMI)
