Project Manager – Mission Critical

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex data center projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including budget, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
Construction
Responsibilities
Manage mission‑critical construction projects valued between $25M and $100M from preconstruction through completion
Maintain responsibility for overall project performance, including schedule, budget, safety, and quality
Lead key project meetings, including OAC, progress meetings, and monthly project reviews
Participate in project budgeting and develop monthly cost and margin forecasts
Monitor project costs, identify variances, and proactively address financial risks
Manage owner and subcontractor pay applications and administer change management processes
Communicate clearly and consistently with owners, subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and field leadership
Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to ensure compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels
Provide clear direction, decisive problem‑solving, and consistent communication across large project teams
Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers to support their development
Partner closely with the Superintendent to align field and project management priorities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
At least 3+ years managing hyperscale and/or colocation data center projects
Proven track record delivering complex projects between $25M and $100M
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
Strong understanding of construction phases, MEP systems, project sequencing, and mission‑critical requirements
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and make effective decisions in fast‑paced environments
Must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites across the United States
Ability to temporarily relocate to project sites when project needs require
Comfortable working in a national delivery model with multi‑region project teams
