Responsibilities
Create, build, test and install panels
Build electrical panels to UL508A specification
Build pneumatic assemblies to MFCP’s standards & drawing specifications
Read and assemble per electrical schematics or drawings, blueprints, or work orders
Assemble electrical subassemblies, control panels, wiring harnesses, circuit boards, and system components using hand and power tools
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to locate and correct faults or assembly defects
Assist with IPS builds and installations
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality control, and other departments or groups to improve processes or resolve technical issues
Qualification
Required
Must be able to read electrical drawings
Must possess exceptional attention to detail to prevent miswiring or assembly defects
Strong problem-solving ability to identify and resolve assembly or electrical faults
Basic knowledge of tools & machinery such as, cut-off saw, drill press, automated tapping machine, grinder, hand tools, etc
Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and document accurately
High school graduate, associate degree, or some college preferred, and/or one-year related experience or training. Experience in lieu of education is acceptable
1-3 years of relevant experience in electrical or electronic assembly a plus
Must complete training courses as required by the company to ensure they have proper product knowledge
