Enterprise Risk and Compliance Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities
Investigate customer non-receipt and post-purchase fraud claims using internal and external data
Analyze transaction data to identify fraud patterns, trends, and anomalies
Develop and refine fraud detection rules, both automated and manual
Monitor dashboards and queues to manage risk and improve review efficiency
Share insights and reporting with partners to strengthen fraud prevention strategies
Qualification
Required
1+ year of fraud, investigations, or risk analysis experience
1+ year of e-commerce, retail, customer service, or Geek Squad experience
At least 6 months of experience using SQL in Teradata, GCP, or similar tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and irregularities in data
Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly to varied audiences
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Criminal Justice, Finance, Business, Psychology, or related field
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar certification
Experience in law enforcement, corrections, or investigative environments
Familiarity with fraud detection platforms and case management systems
Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
