Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex Snowflake SQL code, including stored procedures (SPs), to support analytics, attribution modeling for reporting needs
Optimize queries and data models to support large-scale attribution and customer-level analytics
Manage and support Snowflake deployments, including version control, promotion across environments (dev/test/prod), and deployment validation
Utilize SQL and Snowflake to query various databases for responses to ad-hoc data requests
Research data tables to gather relevant data for new reports
Provide analytical support to Operations employees, Operations Managers, and Senior Managers of the Data Management team
Design and develop new reports as needed by Operations teams and PNMAC upper management
Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system updates, data migrations, and database/schema changes
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in use of SQL and Snowflake to gather data from a variety of sources
Highly proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in meeting and presenting to Senior Management
Design, develop, and maintain Multi-Touch Attribution models (e.g., linear, time-decay, position-based, algorithmic) to measure the impact of customer and marketing touchpoints across channels
Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to translate attribution insights into actionable recommendations for channel optimization and budget allocation
Develop advanced analytical models to support forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making
Design, develop, and maintain complex Snowflake SQL code, including stored procedures (SPs), to support analytics, attribution modeling for reporting needs
